Choose a photo (JPG, PNG or HEIC on iPhone). It is only used in your browser and never uploaded.
Tips: click a piece once to pick it up, it follows your mouse, and a second click drops it (if it fits, it snaps into place). Drag an empty area to move the table; scroll or pinch with two fingers to zoom; double-click or double-tap to rotate a piece (if rotation is on). F for full screen.
How it works
Click Choose a Photo and select an image. The puzzle maker resizes the photo in your browser, cuts it into pieces and scatters them on the table. Choose the number of pieces and the shape above, turn on rotation if you like, and click Play. Everything, including your progress, stays in your browser. We never see the photo.

No. The puzzle is created entirely in your browser. Your photo never leaves your device, and we never see it.
Can I share a puzzle made from my photo?
Not as a link, since the photo isn't stored on our servers. You can play it on your own device, or send the photo to someone else who can make the same puzzle here in two clicks.
Which photos work best?
Sharp, colorful photos with a clear subject. Very dark images or large areas of a single color make for difficult puzzles. Landscape orientation fits the screen best.
Is my progress saved?
Yes, on this device. The last photo you used stays in your browser so you can pick up later. If you clear your browser data, it disappears.
