Intellectual property and photo credits

The site design, text, and jigsaw puzzle engine are the property of the publisher and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Puzzle photos come from royalty-free sources (including Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash) or licensed stock image libraries, or are used with the permission of their creators. Credit appears on every puzzle page. If you hold the rights to an image and believe it does not belong here or that the credit is wrong, write to us; we will resolve it promptly. Some online games are provided by outside vendors (GameBoss) through an iframe and remain the property of that vendor.

Puzzle Plus subscription terms

These terms apply to the free account and the Puzzle Plus subscription on onlinejigsawpuzzles.net, offered by Zetti Webdesign (Geleynse 4S), Polakweg 8, 2288 GG Rijswijk, The Netherlands, KvK 59674857, [email protected].

Account

You create an account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that address secure. An account is personal to you. We may close an account in the case of misuse.

Puzzle Plus plans and pricing

Puzzle Plus costs $19.99 per year (a one-off payment, no automatic renewal) or $2.99 per month (automatic billing, cancel any month). Plus removes ads, saves unlimited puzzles across your devices, stores 50 of your own photos, and unlocks piece counts up to 2,000. Payments are processed through Mollie.

Right of withdrawal

At checkout, you request immediate access and waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to EU consumer purchases. If you are not satisfied within 14 days anyway, email us and we will provide a reasonable refund.

Cancellation

You cancel the monthly plan through your account. It runs until the end of the period you already paid for. The annual plan ends on its own after one year, with no automatic renewal.

Your own photos

You may only upload photos you hold the rights to, and any recognizable people in them must have agreed to their use. No nudity, violence, or other offensive material. Photos are private and only visible through the share link you choose to give out. We remove photos that violate these rules after a report. Photos on free accounts are deleted after 90 days of no activity; for Plus members, 12 months after the subscription ends.

Your data

We store your email address, puzzle progress, favorites, settings, photos, and payment details (via Mollie). You can download everything and delete your own account at any time. See the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms and pricing. A price change only takes effect for the next billing period, and we notify you beforehand.

Governing law

These terms and your use of the site are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in force in your own country of residence.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not required or willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. For any question, an email to the address above remains the fastest way to reach us.
